Fees and Insurance

Full fee - $150 per hour

The full cost of each session is $150. Billing occurs within 24 hours of the session and is issued directly via Simple Practice, an electronic health record platform designed for private practice therapy. Debit and credit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards, are available as payment methods.

In-Network with Aetna and Cigna Insurances

Beginning October 2024, I am excited to be able to offer in-network (INN) care via the platform Alma for those with Aetna or Cigna insurance plans. To learn more about INN options, you can visit my profile directly and use the “check coverage” option. Fees and payments, including session copays, may vary between plans.

Please note: Using insurance requires a clinical diagnosis. Insurance companies have access to mandatory documentation regarding your care, and may interfere or deny care.

Out-of-network Insurance Reimbursement

I offer monthly superbills that can be submitted for reimbursement to your insurance company at a rate based on your out-of-network mental health benefits. I can also provide documentation of sessions/cost to submit to a HSA or FSA. Please check with your insurance company or use Alma’s “check coverage” option to confirm OON coverage.

Sliding Scale Rates - Currently full

If you are interested in working together and the rate of $150 is not affordable, please let me know and I can share information about a range of sliding scale rates and current availability. Sliding scale rates are one option for making therapy more accessible by taking into account financial stressors and experiences of marginalization. The sliding scale is informed by The Green Bottles developed by Alice J. Cunningfolk and This Guide created by Hadassah Damien.
